There are a lot of expensive and complicated design programs out there! They will allow you to layout a room and fill it with decor. However many of us don’t have the money or time to invest in these fancy programs. A much faster option us using a design or inspiration board to give a visual before starting a project. Below I used a photo of the space I was inspired by (in this case, it’s my own design that I was recreating for a home show), but you can see how it helps inform the feeling of the design board. I’ve just added a border around it to help it feel intentional and not just an afterthought.
Ways to Remove Backgrounds From Images
I simply snapped a picture of the chair and uploaded it to Canva and removed the background. You can see a screen recording of this in the YouTube Video. Sometimes pieces like this are a little bit more complicated, but once Canva removes the background it pulls up two brushes to either restore or erase from the original uploaded image. I start pinning images of rooms I love on Pinterest and get some ideas for what I want my space to look like.
